Product Warranty
All PowerHouse PET equipment is guaranteed against faults attributable to faulty design, components and workmanship whilst operating under normal conditions for a period of 1 years from purchase date. During this period all faulty components will be repaired or replaced. It is understood that this warranty does not apply to any equipment which has been subject to neglect, accident or incorrect installation.

All damage claims against the product must be made within 10 Days from the date of the occurrence.
Note: Products returned must be packaged in the original or comparable packing and shipping container. In the event equipment is not so packaged, or if shipping damage is evident, it will not be accepted for service under warranty. All repairs shall be accompanied by proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Freight will not be the responsibility of PowerHouse support services. Insure that the return freight is prepaid.
Our liability under our guarantee is limited to the above and we do not accept any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages, direct or indirect resulting from any defect in the device or adjacent components.
Warning – The devices are configured in accordance with the country of purchase. If the equipment is to be utilized in a country either than the original country of purchase, please consult a PowerHouse support service centre for further information regarding voltage compatibility. DO NOT attempt to modify equipment.
WARNING – There are no serviceable components inside. Do not attempt to replace or repair any components.
